I live in a building that’s called an apartment but is actually what seems to me to be three “townhomes” attached to each other. I live in the first one, apartment “A”. About three feet to the side of each front door is a u shaped pipe that goes into the ground – not sure what it’s for. Running along the front doors/pipes is a driveway that goes to the back of the building, where the dumpsters, other apartments and a bike rack are located. I need a place to park my bike. I can’t do it to the pipe in front of my apartment’s door because my roommate already uses it (for 2 bikes). I’m not strong enough to bring my bike inside up three flights of stairs inside. I have been locking my bike to apartment “B”’s pipe because I just moved in and never saw a bike there. “B”’s residents want me to park my bike at the bike rack at the back because they want to use the pipe for their bikes. Due to a myriad of reasons, I’m not willing to park my bike at the bike rack unless the pipe is private property and actually belongs to them. Otherwise, in my opinion, it should be first come first serve. My question is, who is right? Is the pipe private property belonging to “Apartment B” or is it public property for all the residents of the building?

What kinda Job is available to someone with physical limits due to back problems?

I have had back problems for more than 6 years following a work injury . I have had surgery , years of pt and shots . I have ddd spinal stenois with radiating pain in both legs making it imposible for me to stand more than 15 min or sit for more that 15 with out the comfort of a recliner . I now have to use a cane to walk and require alot of medicaiton to get through the day. Im only 35 and have just a high school education. I have recently been denied for ss disability , due to them saying they believe there are many jobs in the national economy that I can do with my condition. So What are they Anywone no of a job that lets you rotate sitting and standing every 15 mins allows you to lye down every hour and doesnt mind that you have trouble concentrating because of all the medicaiton you on . Injured back from deadlifting, do need to go to the doctor?

A couple of days ago i injured my back dead lifting i was fine straight after and in the morning the next day but gradually the pain became really bad. My dog has cramps off and on making it difficult for him to lye down and rest....What could it be?

He is a Yellow Labrador Retriever; 5 years old; 90 lbs. He continues to be playful, active, runs up the stairs with no problem and is eating and pooping well. The past two days he has been randomly getting cramps which causes him to yelp in much pain. It makes it difficult for him to lye down and rest since it looks like this is when he gets the sharp pains. He licks the right hind leg after the pain comes in. We checked him for scars, abrasions, bumps. lumps but no sign of anything. This started just a couple of days ago. Hun, if it is a disorder, there is not much you can do. You can do everything you can to try to reverse it or control it, but then again, I do not have it so I do not know how it feels. I am, however bipolar, and it is very difficult to manage, but I do my best to. All in all, good sleep, eating right and exercise help everything. Perhaps you could practice speaking more slowly, or stopping to think every time you go to speak. Then run what you're about to say through your head. It may take a while, but soon it'll be much easier to do. Just keep trying. And if there is god, a creator, etc. he/she would know how your mind works. They would understand. You just try to be the best person you can be, and do the next right thing as much as possible. It isn't as though you're hurting someone, but lying is not alright. You can better yourself through hard practice. God/the creator/ the divine knows what kind of person you are, and your character is what matters.

I'm eighteen, I've gotten through puberty and all that. I'm near positive it's not hormones that's making me like this. I'm extremely temperamental and I have consistent suicidal thoughts, and violent thoughts. I get anxious around too many people, and I start tearing up and getting scared. Why is it "bad" that my husband works in a restaurant?

So, my "wonderful" extended family is having a BBQ for the 4th, and everyone is invited! Except for me and my husband, of course. When it's JUST family, we are always invited, but when people outside the family are present (people to impress!), we are not included in a vary blatant way. My family fits the bill of "affluent conservative republicans" to a T. I am the little, unspoken "black mark" on my family tree because I grew up and married someone I loved, not for the money. The very same reason my parents were outcasts for many many years (my dad married a woman who wanted to be a housewife instead of a lawyer! Gasp!). The whole issue is about the fact my husband is happy working in a restaurant, and I'm happy working retail part time. It would be generous to say we earn half of what the next lowest earning member of my family does combined, yet somehow, were the only one of my "generation" (my cousins and second cousins) who have never had to ask for monetary help. We don't have 3 brand new Mercedes in the driveway, but we've also never carried debt, have an actual savings account, and actually have time to spend together after work and on weekends. We budget our money well, and while we don't have luxuries like tv, we do save on our gym memberships by taking hikes and going camping all the time (much better than any tv in my opinion). Our jobs are low stress, and we leave work where it belongs- at work! We live simply, and that's how we like it. We are adults, taking care of ourselves just fine, I just don't understand why we are so embarrassing. My cousin and his wife spent so frivolously after getting married, they went from a few thousand in student loan debts to the verge of declaring bankruptcy in 3 years. One cousin works for a big law firm, and I wouldn't be shocked if he's doing something a little more than unethical to advance as fast as he has past more qualified people (he couldn't even pass the bar!). My husband gets the brunt of the negativity, since he is the man of the house. He's not selling crack to kids, he works a honest, normal job. My family has done many shameful things over many generations, I don't think the guy who is hard working and tries his best to always do the right thing is the problem here. It just makes me so angry we can't be seen by their friends. .I'm tired of their bulls***, and I'm thinking this really is the final straw, and we will probably just cut contact with them. This has been going on for years, and I'm just so fed up. I mean, what would you do with a family like this? It's not my parents, it's my aunts and uncles and cousins. Okay. My family has been having lots of trouble with where we live. First of all, my little brother who is diagnosed with autism cannot receive any help in the town we currently live in because there aren't any good programs here for that. He says that I will have to adapt to this place on my own until I leave off to college and he thinks that we can find good autism programs out of nowhere here while none are good. Our only best choice, however, for saving my brother, mother, sister, and myself is to move to that specific town. In addition, my mom, sister, and I feel very depressed because we are not happy with this place at all. Everyday I cry because I feel so uncomfortable and alienated here. My little brother has gotten much worse overtime (he even has AD HD now). Yet my dad will not let us move to that town that will help us a lot! I understand that it will be difficult to live 3 and a half hours away from him, but it is honestly for our own good. My sister in addition is going to a school here that has very poor averages. In the new town, the school there that we decided to put my sister in has very high averages (as a matter of fact, it is one of the best school districts in the country!) However, my dad wants to still keep her here and says that she should still continue to try her best and receive good grades (and she isn't even benefiting from this school. How is everything going to work out and run smoothly for my sister, brother, mother, and I if we are still stuck here because my dad will not let us go? How can I convince him to let us go there? I allowed a stylist to apply an Affrim relaxer to my hair. After the relaxer had been completed, my hair was shiny, soft and bouncy. However, after the first wash, my hair was horrible. What's wrong with my hair?

I wash my hair everyday, because if I don't, then it will get all flat. I wash it just with conditioner every other day, and on the other days, I just wash it with cold water. It works good with my hair, and I have naturally curly hair, so when I get out of the shower, my hair's curly for the rest of the day and looks fine. But, the downside is that I can't brush my hair. I haven't brushed my hair in a LONG time, because whenever I do, it makes my hair go all flat and greasy. I can't towel-dry it or dry it with a hair dryer because it makes my hair matted. I need to let it air-dry. Also, whenever I wash my hair with shampoo, then it makes my hair really flat with no curls in it. How can I fix my sleeping pattern?

For the past 2 weeks I've been falling asleep at around �am, no matter how early I go to bed. Then I just wake up between 6 and half 6, lye there for a while until I eventually fall back asleep and wake up at 10 every day. In the end I only get about 8 hours sleep, and as I'm on my holidays now I want to get back to a good sleeping pattern. I head staying awake for a full night works in fixing your sleeping pattern?

Chest pain, and im 13 weeks pregnant!!!?

I have been having pain in my chest the last two days off and on. The pain is sharp, then turns to dull and achey. I get really tired, and faint after the sharp pain, and want to lye down. Its not so aweful to take myself to the ER, But it hurts to bring me to tears. I just want to know what is going on. I know what heartburn is, I have it already, and its more centered to my chest, when I get heartburn. But this pain is to my left side under my breast. Im worried about the baby. A few years ago I was diagnosed with an enlarged heart, but never went for further testing. I just need to know what to do, and what is probably going on!!!

My 81 year old grandma lives with us and she annoys the heck out of me. She knows not to tlk to me in the morning because i cant tlk and im really mad but she says hi anyway. 2 year old question to ask?

ok, so my son just turned 2. For the entire time of his life, he has been really difficult putting to sleep or falling asleep. Once he is sleeping though he is a great sleeper. My frustration is that in the last week (and this has been happening for a long time now) - we have a night time routine, which is usually, change diaper, change into p.j's, quiet time and read books with mommy and daddy, then bottle in room and crib. I will have to sit in his room for over an hour until he falls asleep and sometimes he won't! and it will be hours, and hours!. Which is not good for me because I have a 6 month old baby too and I am loosing my sleep because he won't sleep. My husband on the other hand will do everything to cater to his needs. Lately he has been helping me, but he crawls into our son's crib and will sleep with him until he is fully asleep. Now, that's fine, although our son won't fall asleep until after 10pm and then he is exhausted the next day!. Last night, he woke up suddenly and saw that daddy wasn't there and started to cry. I went in and sat in there for almost a hour and he still wouldn't sleep but he would sit in his crib and lye down without crying, so I knew that he wasn't sick or scared or anything. So after an hour being 3 in the morning I let him cry for 10-15 mintues which I have never did! and sure enough he stopped and that was it. Is that what I should do from now on? Let him cry a bit...it seems to work well or at least for this time anyway. We just checked him at the doctor last weekend and he has no ear infections or anything. Any advice would be great. Sorry its so long. Thanks.

I got my first kitten at 6 weeks old and since he was 9 weeks old I thought having a friend for him would be nice so I got his brother and now there both 10 weeks old but they are fighting is this normal? At first my first cat hissed and put his back up but then they just started fighting I'm not sure if there playing but they bite each other, I feel bad for the new cat cos he is so layed back and only fights back he just wants to lye down.
