Searching for a novel?

Help... I am looking for a novel since the last 3-4 years. It is a romance and involves the heroine taking sea side vacation before she starts applying for a job. She meets up with this guy at the beach, has sex, and finds out that the firm (law firm?) she wants a job in belongs to this said guy's uncle. I believe that the hero is this uncle.
