Be scared, very scared. No seriously, this dude doesn't know his *** from a router cable. An ISP is a company which sells you your Internet Service. An IP number identifies your computer and can at best narrow it you down to the fact that you are a client for that ISP company and possibly that you live in a certain city. Mine usually gets the city wrong. So they'll never find you just knowing your IP. You ISP company can identify you but only to the police with a court order
