19040 is my state rank in tamilnadu in aieee will i get placed in a college?

and my all india rank is 765073 ., is there any possibility to get ece in any college thro' aieee help me pls ., if possible what is the next step? i belong to gen catogory., its urgent pls help me out.,,,,,,
