Why is my bunny acting crazy?

My bunny is around 20 weeks old and he has been acting very odd lately he is constantly running back and forth side to side in one spot he is constantly spraying his urine and when I put food in his bowl he constantly digs it out. He has been diagnosed as a cryptorchid I was wondering if this could be causeing him to act like this or is there another problem he also bites when we have home out. We have another bunny in the house but they seperated because they did not get along don't know if this could be a factor or not to. It also seems to like he never takes a break he is always hyper and running around I never see him lye down like the other rabbit it's like he is wound for sound what can we do?
