What's the name of this film?

Its a cartoon film. Not sure if it's disney or not? All i remember about it is there's a big fire, and there's people kidnapping baby animals and all the animals start singing 'we wanna go home' and there's a dog that belongs to the bad guys that gets its foot stuck in a trap ..... I know this sounds daft, but it'll bug me all night if i dont get the name of it. Please help
