more than likely no. you are the child not the purchaser- technically its none or your business. i don't know what the legal age of consent is in Spain but i do know in most courts in the world if your name isn't on the docket its none of your business, And once in court he should have no contact with you or your family. if it happens again id just tell him hey take it up with my parents lawyer, not me.
