Protein treatment before or after neutralizing my just relaxed hair?

I'm going to get my hair relaxed tomorrow and I'm using the Silk elements Lye relaxer so I'm not sure if after I wash out the perm if I should neutralize my hair first then do my Aphogee 2 step protein treatment or if I should do my treatment firat and then neutralize. Please tell me what I should do first.
