My biodiesel batch is not separating the gliceryn. It has no gliceryn at the bottom. What happen?

Should I add more methanol and lye to complete the reaction. I added what the titration called for. Should I add a bit more. Like 3gal./200g , meth/lye. It's a 100gal. batch.
