Crazy doggie help ???

We adopted this dog 5 months ago .. he is 1 yr old . well i need some advice on how to help him. he is very very high energy if you pet him he bites you over and over . he jumps and growls.... like to scare us i think ? . doesnt listen at all he has actually ripped some of our fence down . and ripped all our plants up lol. damn dog.!! hes a consent chewer ( not with his toys of course) .. he gets walked 2 xs s day and runs outside . he plays with us but hes way to rough and bites and knocks my son over so he either gets crated or put outside untill he calms down. ... my son cant even run in the house because the dog acts like a nut and hurts everyone . what can i do hes just not a enjoyable dog to own. He wont even sit or lye down to be pet. he just bites .
