Any product you can buy??

that is like a tanning bed at home but not so expensive? I have back acne and have heard sun helps but it's too embarrassing to go to the beach and my front yard is WAY too shady. So could you buy like a mini tanning light and lye down under that? Stupid question IK but just curious.
